Questions about the money
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Ask within 14 days of your first purchase and it is refunded in full, no questions asked. Write to [email protected] or ask through the receipt.
What happens when I cancel?
Pro stays until the end of the period you paid for, and nothing further is charged. After that your account is on Free.
Do I lose anything going back to Free?
No. Nothing is deleted and nothing private becomes public. What is above the limits of Free stays where it is; you only cannot add more until there is room.
Who am I paying?
Paddle, our merchant of record. They sell the plan to you, appear on your statement, issue the receipt and handle the tax.
Do prices include tax?
Tax depends on your country and is shown at the checkout, before you pay.
Which currency am I charged in?
US dollars, and reais in Brazil. The checkout shows the amount in your currency before you pay.
Can I take my content out?
Yes. Export is free on every plan, in Markdown, CSV and JSON, and it always will be.
Who is behind this?
An independent company, building in the open. No investors to please and no plan to sell your attention: the product is paid for by the people who use it.
